Instructor

iCode is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching STEM-focused curriculum to students at offsite locations, as well as representing iCode at promotional events and sales meetings with potential partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in STEM education, with retired teachers strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in STEM subjects including: Coding & Programming (Scratch, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) Robotics & Engineering (LEGO Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) Game Development & Design (Unity, Roblox Studio) Digital Arts & Multimedia (Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Animation) Cybersecurity & Networking Fundamentals Utilize iCode's proprietary systems and platforms to deliver curriculum effectively. Represent iCode at promotional events, open houses, and sales meetings with parents and community partners. Travel to various sites as needed to support instruction and outreach. Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Collaborate with iCode leadership to ensure consistent program quality. Qualifications Background in STEM education preferred; retired teachers are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with coding languages, robotics systems, and digital learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel to offsite locations for instruction and events. Flexible schedule availability (15-30 hours per week). Must successfully pass both a drug screening and background check. Schedule & Compensation Part-time role: 15-30 hours per week. Flexible scheduling based on program and event needs.

Competitive hourly compensation:

$18-$25/hr, commensurate with experience and travel requirements.
