Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Staff Artist & Teacher to inspire creativity and foster artistic growth at our studio and at other establishments including many schools. This role combines the responsibilities of leading diverse arts classes, teaching entertainment art and at times mentoring elementary students in visual arts. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a nurturing approach to cultivate a love for arts while promoting skill development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young minds, support artistic expression, and contribute to enriching educational experiences. Responsibilities - Varied Based on Position Lead engaging classroom sessions that promote active participation and foster creativity among students of all age groups and skill levels. Ensure a fun ad positive environment when teaching parties and private events. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to artistic exploration Support young students' development in childhood education Qualifications Experience working with children and youth programs. Background in teaching arts. Ability to work with diverse learners Skilled in classroom management and behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and productive environment Knowledge of childhood development principles and education best practices Experience with special education needs or working with students requiring additional support is a plus.
