1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Painter to perform precision finishing work on small manufactured components. The primary responsibility will be applying paint and other finishes to finished parts using specialized hand tools and air-operated equipment. This position will also assist with a variety of light manufacturing tasks, including gluing, stringing, and other production duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Candidates with experience in artistic, craft, cosmetic, nail, model-making, or other detail-oriented work may be well suited for this position. Previous manufacturing experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Responsibilities Apply paint and finishes to small components using precision tools and air-operated equipment. Carefully handle small and intricate parts while maintaining consistent quality. Inspect parts before and after finishing for defects or imperfections. Perform additional light manufacturing tasks, including gluing, stringing, and other production duties as needed. Operate drying or curing equipment when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Comfortable working with small or intricate components. Ability to perform repetitive, precision-focused work. Artistic, craft, cosmetic, nail, or other fine-detail experience is a plus. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required . Reliable and punctual attendance. Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Ability to learn new tools, processes, and procedures quickly. #CNX100Pay:
