Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Airbrush Spray Tan Artist to join our team at The Glow Lounge. As an integral part of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional airbrush spray tanning services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Airbrush Spray Tanning:

Perform customized airbrush spray tanning sessions for clients using top-of-the-line equipment and premium tanning solutions.

Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skin types, preferences, and desired outcomes, providing personalized recommendations.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making clients feel at ease and valued throughout their visit.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest tanning products and techniques, providing clients with expert advice on aftercare and maintenance.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the spray tanning area, equipment, and tools at all times.

Appointment Scheduling:

Assist in managing client appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the studio.

Sales and Upselling:

Promote tanning memberships, products, and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Detail-oriented and able to provide consistent, flawless results. Professional appearance and demeanor. Certification in airbrush spray tanning is a plus, however upon hiring you will complete thorough Airbrush Tanning training.
