We're looking for dedicated, and energetic team members, who want to make a real difference in a child's day What You'll Do Make kids feel special with fun balloon animals, creative designs, and big energy Bring laughter, excitement, and kindness to birthdays, school events, and community events Learn simple step-by-step balloon twisting techniques (training provided!) Create unique balloon characters like aliens, monkeys, flowers, pirate swords, and even princesses. Show up with positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism Follow basic event setup/clean-up steps Who We're Looking For Energetic, reliable, and truly loves working with kids Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about giving families a great experience Outgoing, friendly, and confident interacting with new people Reliable transportation is a MUST Weekend availability A MUST Comfortable working indoors or outdoors and standing for long periods of time Perks & Pay $25+ per hour plus tips Flexible schedule Supportive, creative, fun team environment A meaningful role where your energy truly matters
