This role is for an artist who is comfortable moving through the room, helping guests 1:1, reinforcing instruction, and keeping energy high throughout the event. The right candidate is warm, attentive, confident with acrylic painting fundamentals, and able to support a polished guest experience without needing to lead from the front. What You'll Do Support the Lead Artist during adult paint workshops and team events Circulate throughout the room to help guests with painting techniques, color mixing, and general guidance Reinforce the Lead Artist's instruction when guests need clarification Help maintain a welcoming, upbeat, and social atmosphere Greet and engage guests throughout the event Assist with setup and cleanup as needed Help distribute materials and keep guest stations supported during the event What We're Looking For Acrylic painting ability with a portfolio that reflects it Comfortable helping beginner and mixed-skill adult groups Strong people skills and a guest-friendly presence Attentive, responsive, and able to move quickly where support is needed Comfortable taking direction and working as part of an event team Reliable transportation Able to lift/move up to 30 lbs Preferred Prior experience assisting with paint workshops, classes, or live creative events Fine arts education or active studio practice Comfortable with both social and corporate audiences Resin experience is a plus Compensation $60 per event Perks Priority access to sell your artwork on our Creative Marketplace (coming Q4 2026) Royalties paid for catalog contributions Creative brokerage opportunities To Apply Please attach your resume and acrylic portfolio, or email to .
