Job Description

Are you a positive, energetic & reliable team player who loves engaging with customers? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet each customer with enthusiasm and a warm smile. Follow cash handling procedures and operate cash register and POS system. Take customer orders and ensure every order is followed through from start to finish with a high quality product being delivered to each customer. Prepare SnoBalls (Shave/Pour/Deliver). Prepare and maintain ingredients, products and inventory. Assist team (artists, leads or management) with store maintenance and cleaning duties as directed. High quality customer service is key to all we do and is expected at all times.
Work Experience and Skills:
Strong attention to details. Genuine delivery of superior customer service. Ability to think & act quickly. Event management or prior supervisory/management experience, a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 8+ hours in length. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds to shoulder height occasionally.
Additional Requirements & Key Considerations:
Candidates MUST have ability to cover 11:30-4:30 (opening) and/or 4:30-9:30 (closing) on weekdays -AND- weekends. We are open for a few holidays during the season (i.e. Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc). A candidate with flexibility to work opening & closing shifts on weekdays AND weekends will take first priority, but others may also be considered. Applicants must be at least 16, with own reliable transportation. •NOTE•: This is a part-time, seasonal position. Our location operates from March-October. The position could be up to 35 hours per week dependent upon candidates schedule/availability and our business needs.
