20/hour depending on experience Dry Ridge Gallery is a new art gallery opening in Weaverville, NC showcasing the work of over 50 artists and makers.

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and reliable Gallery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the gallery, welcome and engage with visitors, process sales, and provide information about the artist and artwork to potential customers. Required Qualifications & Attributes:

1-2 year of working experience in retail (preferred) A degree in Art, or a related field (preferred) A passion for art and a confident, outgoing personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
