www.paintingandvino.com Position Overview Seeking an engaging Paint Party Host to lead social, beginner-focused painting events at local partner venues. Ideal candidates combine artistic skill with event-hosting flair and enjoy teaching small-to-medium groups in a relaxed, entertaining environment. Compensation is a share of event revenue; final pay depends on attendance. Requirements Proven artistic ability and confidence teaching beginners Reliable transportation with space for supplies; able to lift up to 40 lbs Outgoing, personable, and comfortable on camera/social media Willing to invest in your own acrylic materials and manage inventory Comfortable with local self-promotion to drive attendance Duties Develop monthly painting offerings aligned with our target audience (acrylic only) Buy and maintain all supplies; transport, set up, and tear down at events Lead a structured 2-2.5 hour class on 16x20 canvas using specified paint/brush palette Keep classes entertaining, friendly, and helpful for novice painters Finish sessions on schedule and ensure attendee satisfaction Network with restaurants/bars to secure future events Promote classes locally online; national marketing provided by Painting & Vino To Apply Visit www.paintingandvino.com, then submit a portfolio, short bio, and availability.
