Weekends & evenings required. Some weekday flexibility preferred. Role Overview Jeweliana Jewelry is looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the King of Prussia Mall. We aren't just selling jewelry; we are creating lasting memories. Whether it's a permanent bracelet, a custom charm, or a fashion piece, you are the person who brings the experience to life for our customers.

What You'll Do Provide Exceptional Service:

Greet every customer with a smile, educate them on our 400+ chain styles, and guide them through our custom charm options.

Perform Permanent Jewelry Services:

Operate welding equipment safely and precisely (we provide comprehensive training!). Maintain the

Aesthetic:

Keep our display cases, window signage, and floor space looking pristine and inviting.

Drive Engagement:

Whether it's a walk-in or a high-profile event, you are the face of our brand and help create a positive, fun atmosphere.

Operational Support:

Assist with inventory management, opening/closing duties, and keeping our shop dog, Rome, company!
