Job Description

About Sunday Stacks & Co Sunday Stacks & Co is a mobile mini pancake catering company bringing healthy, thoughtfully-made pancakes to celebrations across the Greenville area (think: baby shower, birthday parties, weddings, and more.) Our pancakes are seed oil free, made without artificial flavors or colors, and cooked in coconut oil. We're a small, fast-growing business and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth for the long term. The Role As a Pancake Artist, you'll be the face of Sunday Stacks at our events. You'll operate the pancake griddles, flip mini-pancakes, engage warmly with guests, and make sure every event feels seamless and special. Flipping pancakes to perfection takes a close eye, a steady hand, and patience to get the golden-brown just right. Topping the pancakes with fresh fruit and chocolate chips is its own art form, with careful attention to presentation and detail. Just as important as the pancakes is the experience you create. You'll be holding conversations with guests, building relationships with hosts, and carrying yourself as a natural, professional part of their event. If you're outgoing, reliable, love a good challenge, enjoy changing environments, and take pride in your work, this is a job you'll genuinely love. What You'll Do Assemble, transport, and set up cart before each event Flip mini pancakes to order with consistency, care, and attention to timing Top pancakes with careful attention to presentation and aesthetics Engage warmly with guests and hosts, holding conversation and creating a great atmosphere Keep an eye on timing, manage the flow of service, and keep operations running smoothly Build genuine relationships with hosts and give every client a great experience Capture short video content for our marketing before events begin Training Period & Growth Path Here's how it works: Two-month onboarding period where you'll train alongside us at events and learn everything you need to know. No food service background required - we'll train you. After successfully completing the training period, if you've met our requirements for success, you'll receive a pay raise and take on the responsibility of doing solo events. Solo events are where you'll bring one of our carts out on your own, and fully conduct a catered event on your own start to finish. Extra benefits like mileage reimbursement and keeping 100% of tips is available when conducting solo-events. We're building something special here, and we want the right person to build it with us long-term. Schedule & Availability Saturday and Sunday mornings are our busiest days, with some weekday mornings as well. Shifts tend to average between 2-4 hours long. This is a flexible, part-time role with hours expected to grow as we do. Weekend morning availability is required Weekday morning availability is a strong plus Proximity to Simpsonville, SC is important — when promoted to do solo events, you'll pick up the cart and supplies there before events and return them after Events take place throughout the Greenville area Compensation & Perks $20/hr starting pay Pay raise after successful completion of the two-month training period Once promoted to solo events - keep 100% of tips and get mileage reimbursement (Only for solo events.
