  • 35/hr depending on experience We're looking for someone solid to join our team in the Santa Barbara area.
This is an entry-level position, but some hands-on experience in AV, construction, electrical, or low voltage is a big plus. This is not a "just show up and stand around" job. We move fast, do clean work, and expect you to take pride in what you're doing. What you'll be doing: Assisting with installation of TVs, speakers, networking equipment, and smart home systems Running wire (a lot of it), mounting equipment, helping with rack builds Working in high-end homes and some commercial environments Learning systems like lighting control, automation, and structured networking What we're looking for: Reliable (if you say you'll be there, be there) Basic tool knowledge (drills, levels, hand tools, etc.) Some experience in AV / construction / electrical is preferred but not required Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Good attitude — no ego, willing to learn What you'll get: $25
