AV Technician II Join a Team Building High-Performance AV Experiences Were looking for an experienced AV/VTC Installation Technician to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge commercial audio visual and videoconferencing solutions. If you enjoy hands-on installation work, solving technical challenges in the field, and working with industry-leading technologies, this is an opportunity to work on exciting projects alongside skilled professionals. This is a field-based role where youll collaborate closely with technicians, site leads, and project teams to install and support advanced AV and VTC systems for commercial environments. What Youll Do Install and terminate AV cabling, including copper and fiber connections Install commercial AV systems and control platforms such as Crestron, Extron, and AMX Configure, test, and troubleshoot videoconferencing solutions including Polycom, Cisco, and LifeSize Read and interpret AV engineering drawings and blueprints Rack, mount, and integrate AV equipment in professional environments Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized Collaborate with site leads and team members to complete projects on time Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on-sit e What Were Looking For 57 years of hands-on experience installing commercial AV systems Strong experience pulling, terminating, and testing AV cabling Experience working with major AV manufacturers and control systems Knowledge of commercial videoconferencing technologies Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications CTS, Crestron, Extron, or AMX certifications Fiber termination experience strongly preferred Experience working in enterprise, government, or large commercial environments Why Join Us? Compensation Range Starting at:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Full-time). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid vacation and holidays. 401(k) matching program.
