Electronic Integration Denver, Colorado Smart Home Installation Tech Job Description The smart home tech is responsible for managing the product installation resources required to meet clients use and expectations for a fully-functional system and on time.

Specific responsibilities include:

Conduct installation walk-through with appropriate employees and clients. Work with builderPM's and other trades during installation as needed Manage project labor budget (labor hours, materials used). Ensure all equipment and materials are staged prior to the start of the project Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to jobsite for installation. Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet client needs. Manage change order requests from the client. Coordinate with the appropriate pricing and client acceptance as required. Maintain project documents throughout the project. Communicate with all necessary trades Daily and/or Weekly updates on the project porgress and status or open issues as required for the size of the project. Desired Skills & Experience 5 years of Audio Video residential installation Control 4 (or Savant, Crestron) certification Alarm installation experience helpful Organizational and Time Management Skills A self motivated individual Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Valid Colorado Driver's License Industry Certifications preferred
