Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in the installation, setup, and configuration of home automation devices, as well as mounting and calibrating televisions and audiovisual components. You will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure installations are completed efficiently, meeting high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the installation and setup of home automation systems, including smart lighting, thermostats, security cameras, door locks, and other connected devices. 2. Install and mount televisions in various locations, ensuring proper alignment, secure placement, and concealed cables. 3. Set up and connect audiovisual components, such as soundbars, speakers, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, and streaming devices. 4. Collaborate with senior technicians to run necessary cables, ensuring a clean and organized installation for both home automation and audiovisual systems. 5. Configure and program smart home devices using manufacturer-specific software or applications. 6. Perform basic configuration and calibration of televisions and audiovisual equipment to optimize picture quality and audio performance. 7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to home automation, TV installations, connectivity, andcompatibility. 8. Educate clients on the operation and functionality of their installed devices, providing clearinstructions and demonstrations. 9. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including diagrams, system configurations, andclient-specific requirements. 10. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuringcustomer satisfaction. 11. Although your primary role will be an A/V technician your secondary role will be to assist withother business related projects as well.Job Types:
