What You'll Do As an A/V Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Installing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers. Skilled installation and maintenance of shades. Installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling (CAT5/6, fiber, coax) and systems like security, access control, and A/V Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients. Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues. Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape. Qualifications 2+ years of experience preferred. Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote. A track record of successful integration and installation support. Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field. A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
