This energetic position offers the opportunity to manage cutting-edge audiovisual setups, coordinate complex projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your expertise will help elevate our event offerings, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed from planning to post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of AV VTC projects and events, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, providing expert guidance on AV solutions and event marketing strategies. Develop detailed project timelines, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of events. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing the best terms for equipment rentals, services, and venue arrangements. Utilize event management software and CRM systems to track client interactions, project progress, and post-event feedback. Lead teams during live events, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining high standards of guest services and technical quality. Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities during events. Maintain comprehensive documentation of contracts, budgets, and technical specifications for each event. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service. Stay current on industry trends in event marketing, audiovisual technology, and hospitality practices to continually improve service offerings. Skills At least 10 years of AV/VTC event coordination or production experience in a comparable environment. Experience supporting executive, live, virtual, and hybrid events. Experience supporting geographically dispersed offices or event locations. Working knowledge of enterprise AV/VTC equipment and collaboration platforms. Strong planning, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite, support flexible event schedules, and travel when required. Ability to favorably complete a Public Trust background investigation. Federal Government event-support experience. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly RealPresence. Knowledge of live streaming, recording, video switching, audio mixing, and Section 508 accessibility.
PMP, CTS, ITIL
