We are looking for a Junior AV Technician with knowledge in installation and configuration of audiovisual equipment, eager to learn and grow within our AV implementation division.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Execute and install AV projects from the initial phase to final delivery to the client, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Technician or technologist in electronics, telecommunications, sound engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in AV systems installation, structured cabling, or automation equipment. Basic knowledge of electricity, AV equipment integration, and automation. Handling of basic tools and software for equipment configuration. English and Spanish (mandatory).
REQUIRED SKILLS
Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Ability to interpret electrical plans, connection diagrams, and inventories. Basic knowledge of AV equipment such as switches, cameras, audio DSPs, lighting, and racks. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field. Teamwork and effective communication. Leadership experience is not essential, but having it would be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and configure audiovisual equipment, automation, and security systems according to project plans and specifications. Perform structured cabling and equipment rack connections. Assist in audio and video calibration for each installation. Report any technical issues to the project leader. Conduct functionality tests and ensure proper system operation. Provide basic training to the client on equipment usage. Keep tools and work materials organized on-site.
CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS
Salary:
$45,000 - $66,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
Location:
On-site work.
Travel:
100% required.

United States (mandatory).
