We are building a high-performance production team and are looking for someone who can execute at a high level from day one. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Audio/Video Technician to run multi-camera podcast and video productions. This is NOT a beginner role. You will be fully responsible for executing professional, high-quality productions while delivering a seamless client experience. What You'll Do Run multi-camera podcast and video shoots Dial in lighting, framing, and audio with precision Maintain clean, professional sets and adjust setups on the fly Monitor recordings in real-time to prevent errors Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content Support client experience from arrival to wrap Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Prior professional production experience (video + photo) Strong understanding of camera systems (ISO, frame rate, exposure, focus, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot software issues related to AV control platforms and computer hardware components Knowledge of cabling and troubleshooting techniques related to HDMI, SDI, XLR, and other audio/video connections Working knowledge of audio (levels, monitoring, troubleshooting) Experience with multi-camera workflows High attention to detail — mistakes are not acceptable Able to stay composed and professional with high-profile clients Available 40+ hours/week (full-time only, no freelancers) Preferred (Plus) Experience with OBS Studio Familiarity with Riverside, Zoom or similar platforms Performance Standard Zero lost footage Zero preventable technical errors Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in real-time If you have never been fully responsible for a full production from start to finish, this role is not for you. Growth Opportunity Clear path to Studio Manager within 3-12 months for the right person.
