As we accelerate our multi-phase strategic expansion, we are looking for a Lead Integrated Systems Technician —a "producer" who thrives on high-output, high-precision work. If you understand the intersection of brushed aluminum finishes, technical precision, and white-glove service, your seat is at our table. The Elx -AI Tech Stack To succeed in this role, you must be a master of the "stack":

Motorized Shades:

Expert-level installation and site surveys for Lutron ( Sivoia & Palladiom) systems.

Lighting Control:

Precision programming and installation of Lutron lighting environments.

Premium Audio/Video:

Full setup, wiring, and calibration of Sonos and high-end residential AV systems.

Control Systems:

Foundational knowledge of integrated environments (Control4/AI-driven systems).

Responsibilities:

Technical Execution:

Lead the installation of motorized shades and smart home hardware, ensuring technology is seamlessly integrated into luxury architecture.

Luxury Site Surveys:

Own the measurement process for custom luxury orders. You live by the "measure twice, cut once" rule to ensure every install is technically flawless.

Revenue Growth:

Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to enhance the client's smart home experience (upselling Sonos zones, lighting upgrades, etc.) to maximize client value and your earning potential.

The Finish Specialist:

Ensure everyhembaris level and every pocket is perfect. We value premium aesthetics—ifit'snot level,it'snot finished.

White-Glove Service:

Lead the client walkthrough, training homeowners on their new systems with a professional, polished demeanor. Why You Will Love the Elx -

Mindset:

3+ years of experience in luxury residential AV and automation.

Lutron Mastery:

Deep hands-on experience with Lutron shades and lighting isrequired.

AV Proficiency:

Strong background in Sonos and high-end AV calibration.

Trade Skills:

Highproficiencywith the specialized toolsrequiredfor finish-grade work in multi-million dollarhomes. Requirements Must be able to lift 50+lbsand work confidently from ladders/scaffolding. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
