Job Description Insight Global is seeking an AV/VTC Technician to support mission-critical audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems in secure government environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain AV/VTC systems in NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual meetings, conferences, and VIP events Install, configure, and support:
  • Crestron systems
  • Video walls
  • AV switchers
  • Cameras and microphones
  • Cisco
DX/SX80 VTC
units
  • Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
  • Provide end-user training and support
  • Document incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
  • Conduct equipment testing and pre-event checks

  • 5+ years of relevant AV/VTC experience with a high school diploma, or 2+ years with a related bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security+ / 8570 certification required
  • Strong AV/VTC troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
