Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Audio Visual & Facility Support Technician to serve as the primary on-site resource at a corporate facility. This individual will act as the day-to-day point of contact for customers, employees, and contractors while supporting audio/visual systems, workspace needs, and general facility operations. This role combines technical AV responsibilities with facility coordination and customer service. While additional regional teams are available for support, this position will be the primary on-site representative responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room and office AV equipment Coordinate repair, replacement, and upgrades of AV systems Support meetings, executive events, and presentations with technical setup and live assistance Procure AV equipment and manage related inventory Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests Coordinate office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and workspace setups Assist employees relocating within the facility (boxes, labeling, setup support) Assemble furniture and install items such as whiteboards, signage, and fixtures Maintain office, breakroom, and conference room supplies Receive, track, and distribute deliveries and equipment Provide high-level customer service to employees, leadership, and visitors Collaborate with Executive Assistants on meeting setups, events, and catering Respond to day-to-day facility needs and urgent requests Support building safety procedures and emergency protocols Deliver presentations or updates to stakeholders when required Operate efficiently within departmental budgets Qualifications Prior experience in facility support, AV support, office services, or similar role preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and data entry Basic technical understanding of audio/visual systems Hands-on experience with tools and furniture assembly Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving ability and self-motivation Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and minor installations

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
