Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hands-on IT Technician / AV Technician to support our growing operations in live events, trade shows, and technology services. This role involves setting up and operating audiovisual equipment, preparing and imaging devices, and assisting with logistics and onsite event execution. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Image and configure laptops, desktops, iPads, and tablets Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for trade shows and live events Assist with deliveries, onsite installations, and event setups Assemble, pack, and ship IT equipment Process and scan orders in ERP system Maintain and organize inventory (computers, monitors, tablets) Clean and prep devices for deployment Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking (barcoding/tagging) Install operating systems on PCs and Apple devices Coordinate shipping and respond to customer inquiries Perform general warehouse and administrative support tasks Travel to job sites and assist with onsite technical setups Requirements Experience in IT support, AV setup, shipping, logistics, or related field Experience with trade shows, live events, or onsite setups preferred Ability to lift and move equipment (physical workload required) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience with AV equipment Familiarity with device imaging (Windows/Mac/iOS) Inventory management or warehouse experience Additional Information Must be available for weekends, evenings, and overtime Background check required prior to employment Must have own vehicle to come and go from work. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
