Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Audio Visual Installer and become a vital part of creating engaging, high-quality multimedia environments! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio visual systems across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation of complex AV setups, from conference rooms to large-scale event venues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and precision are valued. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AV systems including displays, projectors, control systems, and audio equipment. Prefer experience in at least one area, QSC, Extron, Biamp, Crestron, Epson, Shure, or other professional Audio Visual lines. Experience with commercial AV installations preferred. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well with other employees. Duties Install audio visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and control systems according to schematics and technical specifications Conduct cabling and wiring for low voltage systems, ensuring safety and compliance with electrical codes Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble mounts, enclosures, and fixtures for AV components Troubleshoot software issues related to AV control systems and resolve hardware or connectivity problems efficiently Perform routine maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity Interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to accurately configure system layouts and troubleshoot issues and correct drawings in as builts. Collaborate with clients and team members during field service visits to deliver exceptional support and solutions Experience Proven experience in E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) work or related fields involving low voltage systems Hands-on experience with telecommunication wiring, cabling, and network infrastructure Familiarity with software troubleshooting for AV control platforms and computer hardware integration Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with hand tools effectively in diverse environments Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for AV equipment installation Previous field service experience in audio visual or telecommunications projects preferred Electrical experience or certifications that demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical safety standards This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in audio visual technology while delivering outstanding service.
