Employbridge is hiring for Hardware Pre-Installers! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hardware Pre-Installer to support our installation team by preparing and staging equipment for deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced technical environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and stage hardware for installation and deployment Perform basic hardware setup, configuration, and functionality testing Inspect equipment for damage or defects prior to installation Label, organize, and manage hardware components and cabling Follow installation diagrams, technical instructions, and safety procedures Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to safely use tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move equipment (typically up to 25 lbs) Comfortable working in dusty or warehouse-type environments Previous installation or technician experience is a plus Skills Hardware assembly and setup Time management and efficiency Problem-solving and troubleshooting Why Join Us?
