Qualifications and Knowledge:
AV Networking- Experience with configuring audio visual network switches such as Netgear, Cisco & Luxul. Control Systems
- Experience with debugging audio visual control systems such as Crestron, AMX & Extron. D.S.P.
- Experience with making changes to audio files on Digital Signal Processors such as Biamp, QSC & Symetrix.
AVIXA CTS
certification and Crestron DMCE certification is a plus Must possess a valid driver's license and/or valid state identification Knowledge using a service ticketing system such as ConnectWise, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce. Qualified candidates should be able to walk about a service site freely. They may need to climb ladders/step ladders from time to time and lift equipment up to 50lbs.
