Audiovisual Specialist, temporary TRITECH Communications - 3.3 Cambridge, MA Job Details Temporary $35 - $40 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Zoom Cleaning Experience working in the AV industry Video conferences (communication methods) Cabling Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as an Audiovisual Specialist and become a key player in delivering exceptional audio-visual experiences across a variety of settings. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse live event AV productions, install and troubleshoot cutting-edge AV systems, and provide outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, maintenance of audiovisual equipment, contributing to engaging presentations, conferences, and corporate events. Duties Day to day on-site AV & Video conferencing production & operations AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room and event technology (Crestron, Digital Signal Processors) Preventative maintenance room sweeps/checks each day when not supporting end users. Manage Zoom and Teams meetings upon request. Ability to perform basic AV maintenance (replacing bad HDMI cables, dongles, etc.) Knowledge of Q-Sys and troubleshooting. Identify larger issues, initiating and managing the process of repair tickets with any AV Service Provider currently under contract. On-Site Services include regular and consistent coordination and follow-up with Office Services and Communications Department and/or individual clients with regards to all scheduled meeting requests Lead and coordinate third party vendors for services and event technologies. Ensure all equipment is shut down and in cases where portables are involved secured for next business day. Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensure equipment is set to factory specifications to obtain optimum performance report system problems immediately including solutions and/or recommendations. Review schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is operational. Connect video conference calls as needed. Ensure video or pc is properly displayed. Maintain inventory of A/V consumables for fixed and portable equipment. Replace A/V consumables, as necessary. Ensure media is properly viewed. Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturers recommendations.
