The Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician will support the technology needs of the property in the following ways: This role supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of high‑quality audio-visual experiences across the property. The AV Support Technician ensures meetings, events, and group programs run smoothly by providing reliable technical support and responsive service Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs Provide on‑site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas Participate in site visits, event walk‑throughs, and pre‑event preparation as needed Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
