This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants hands-on experience with Motorola Solutions radio systems , working side-by-side with seasoned specialists who will teach you the craft the right way. If you're curious, detail-driven, and ready to learn technology that keeps healthcare teams connected, this is where your career begins. What You'll Do
Support Motorola Installations:
Assist with deploying Motorola two-way radios, infrastructure, and accessories.Learn Radio Programming:
Help program, clone, and configure radios under supervision.Prepare & Deploy Equipment:
Stage radios, label equipment, and assist with system rollouts.Partner Training Support:
Assist with radio in-service training and user education.Troubleshoot & Learn:
Help diagnose basic radio and accessory issues while building RF knowledge.Document Everything:
Maintain accurate records of radios, programming files, and deployments.Quality & Safety First:
Follow Comm-Tronics standards, site rules, and manufacturer guidelines.- Push the
Broom:
Keep tools, radios, vehicles, and workspaces clean and organized. What We're Looking For- Interest in radio communications, electronics, or technical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
- Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and learn quickly.

- Dependable, professional, and eager to grow. Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in technical, electronics or construction environments.
- Technical or vocational education in electronics, telecommunications (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and technology systems.
- Ability to travel regionally (MD, DC, DE, VA).
