Full Job Description Job Description:
HP Electronics, Inc.is a leader in professional sound systems, video systems, communication systems and integrated low voltage control systems in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. We are seeking an experienced field technician to join our growing team. The field technician will have construction experience and can work as a team or independently to install and test low voltage systems and their components.
Job Requirements:
Effective and respectful communications with other employees and customers Ability to read blueprints and install systems independently, or under direction from the Operations Manager, Lead Technicians, and Engineering Experience pulling wire and/or wiring equipment racks Ability to use power and hand tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders Follow applicable PPE protocols at all times Reliable transportation and valid MD state driver's license with good driving record
Nice To Have:
Knowledge of AV systems and components such as speakers, amplifiers, digital signal processors and control systems is a plus Knowledge of networking and/or network equipment is a plus Training from any relevant manufacturers is a plus
