This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of AV systems including TV's, sound systems, video conferencing setups, and smart home/business technology. You will work in both residential and commercial environments to deliver high-quality AV experiences. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, setting up and operating electronic equipment, and coordinating with clients Responsibilities Install, configure, and test AV equipment such as displays, speakers, projectors, control systems and wiring Preform on-site system integration, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs Educate clients on systems use and basic troubleshooting on their installed equipment Maintain clean and organized workspaces and work vehicles Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies Requirements Proven experience as AV technician or similar role Solid understanding of AV systems, components, and cabling standards (HDMI, Cat6, fiber, etc.) Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience in networking and IP-based systems Basic programming knowledge for control systems Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and background
