In this role, you will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of audiovisual equipment to ensure seamless delivery of live events, recordings, broadcasts, and presentations. Your expertise will help create engaging visual and audio experiences that captivate audiences and support organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AV technology in a fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful events and productions. Responsibilities Set up, test, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment including cameras, microphones, projectors, lighting systems, and broadcast studio gear for live events and recordings Manage theatrical lighting equipment and rigging to enhance video production quality and ambiance Coordinate with event organizers and production teams to understand technical requirements and deliver optimal AV solutions Conduct routine maintenance on AV equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity Assist with post-production editing using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to produce polished videos Operate broadcast studio equipment during live broadcasts or recordings with precision and professionalism Handle video editing tasks using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for promotional materials or event content Manage audio and video processing workflows to ensure high-quality output across all platforms Support live event AV production projects by setting up lighting for video shoots, managing camera operations, and ensuring smooth technical execution Document technical procedures, maintain inventory of AV equipment, and prepare detailed shift reports Experience Proven experience working with a variety of AV equipment in live event or broadcast environments Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects Familiarity with theatrical lighting equipment, rigging techniques, and lighting for video production Hands-on experience operating broadcast studio gear and managing audio/video processing systems Knowledge of photography principles and videography techniques to capture high-quality visuals Technical proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting complex AV setups for live events or recordings Prior experience working on live event AV production projects is highly desirable Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional audiovisual experiences!
