In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of AV equipment to ensure flawless operation. Your technical expertise will help create engaging environments that captivate audiences and support organizational objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AV systems while honing your skills in electrical and control system programming, digital signal processing, and live event production. Responsibilities Install, configure, and calibrate audio, video, control, and telecommunication systems in diverse settings. Troubleshoot equipment issues Program control systems for AV setups to automate operations and enhance user experience. Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment including cabling, mechanical components, and software updates to ensure optimal performance. Support live event AV production projects by setting up sound reinforcement, video displays, lighting controls, and related hardware. Skills Expertise in control system programming specific to AV environments for automation and integration purposes. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues related to digital signal processing, software glitches, or hardware failures. Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents. Experience with implementing audio systems in various venues including live event settings. Mechanical knowledge related to installing mounting hardware or mechanical components within AV setups. Familiarity with telecommunication infrastructure supporting AV networks.
