LP Job Summary:

This role requires a skilled A/V Technician to provide high-quality support for events, meetings, and A/V technology across the organization. The A/V Specialist will be responsible for daily service delivery, incident resolution, system maintenance, and ensuring seamless operation of all A/V and conferencing systems, including client-facing Zoom environments. This position is critical for maintaining reliable and advanced A/V infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive A/V support for live events, high-profile meetings, and corporate conference rooms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to audio, video, and conferencing systems, including QSC, Yamaha, Vizrt, Ross, Barco, Blackmagic, Cisco, and Logitech. Manage and respond to A/V incidents and requests through ITSM ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Perform regular A/V system maintenance, software updates, and readiness checks for conference rooms and collaboration spaces. Provide exceptional customer-facing support, including direct assistance to C-Suite executives during meetings and events.

Must-Have Skills:

3-5 years of experience in A/V technology support, with a strong emphasis on event support. Hands-on expertise with conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams), DSPs, and audio/video control systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including executives.
