You enjoy teaching others, solving technical challenges, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You don't believe in phrases like, \"That's not my job.\" Instead, you jump in, help your team succeed, and make sure the client receives an exceptional experience. You are equally comfortable programming systems, terminating equipment, troubleshooting networks, and mentoring junior technicians. What You'll Do Lead residential and commercial AV installations from rough-in through final commissioning Program and configure automation and control systems Install, build, and lace equipment racks to industry standards Configure and troubleshoot advanced networks and connected devices Diagnose complex system issues and provide effective solutions Provide technical leadership and support to field technicians Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery Maintain documentation, labeling, and quality control standards Train and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance Deliver a professional, white-glove customer experience on every project Required Experience Strong experience with one or more of the following platforms: Control4 ELAN/Nice Vantage Josh.

Lutron Lighting & Shade Systems Ubiquiti Networking Audio Distribution Systems Video Distribution & AV over IP Security Cameras and Access Control Structured Cabling and Low Voltage Systems Wi-Fi Design and Network Troubleshooting Commercial AV Systems and Conferencing Solutions What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential or commercial AV integration experience Previous experience leading technicians and projects Strong programming and troubleshooting abilities High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills Stable work history with demonstrated growth and responsibility Ability to read plans and execute projects independently Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule Full-Time:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM On-Call Rotation:
Approximately one week per month Emergency truck rolls compensated at $150 per call.
