Audio Visual Technician - Lead

Seeking experienced people for

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION CREW.

We are an event sound and lighting company recruiting reliable and hardworking team members to help set up and lead various events from small AV to larger concerts. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work well in a team and have the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

in one or any of these areas: Pro Sound, Pro Lighting, audio-visual components, staging & backline, or any live sound management.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading concert equipment and materials, ensuring gear is installed according to pack list and designated layout Running cables, troubleshooting electrical issues, assisting bands, installing lighting systems Help with the setup and breakdown of events (various locations) Maintain inventory of equipment such as repairing, organizing, and cleaning Responsible for Running Sound, Video, or Lighting for Events Ranging from Small to Large Interfacing with customers, providing great customer service on-site, maintaining professional conduct, being solution-oriented, also emailing and phone communications

Requirements:

Experience in AV, Pro Sound, Lighting or Video Must be technically savvy (we use state-of-the-art technology) also with PCs, Apple, and mixing consoles, managing mics/channels with corporate meetings and streaming Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from the worksites Ability to work long, physically demanding hours (when needed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A Good / Positive Attitude - (you'll be working on events with lots of people) Comfortable working alone or with a team (depending on production needs) MUST be able to work weekends Must be able to travel around
