• and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember. If you can follow the signal, speak fluent "Crestron/Extron/Biamp," and send AV gremlins packing; CTI wants you. What are your responsibilities?
• Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with:
• Displays, projection, and video walls, etc.
• Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers, etc.)
• Video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, room PCs, etc.)
• Control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.)
• Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Customer-Facing Support
• Documentation & Ticketing
• Other tasks as assigned Will you fit in?

• AV/IT Networking:

  At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations and troubleshooting are required.

• Education:

  an associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

• Customer Service Experience:

  A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• Salary $55,000/yr
• $85,000/yr (DOE)
