We install and support CCTV systems, drive-thru communications, commercial audio, and network infrastructure. We are not a massive corporate shop — and we don't operate like one. We run lean teams, move quickly, and expect our technicians to take ownership of their work. Most of our jobs are for repeat customers, so quality, reliability, and professionalism matter. This role is a good fit for someone who: Doesn't need to be micromanaged Takes pride in clean, correct installs Can think through problems in the field Wants to expand their skillset across multiple systems Follows instructions precisely and asks questions when unsure Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Low Voltage Technician in the Columbia, SC area. This is a field-based role working across: CCTV systems Drive-thru systems (QSR environments) Commercial audio / AV You'll work alongside a Lead Technician to assist with installs, cabling, and system setups while learning the trade. Key Responsibilities Install and service low-voltage systems (CCTV, AV, drive-thru, cabling) Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e/6) Mount and configure equipment (cameras, speakers, headsets, etc.) Troubleshoot system issues in the field Work directly with customers when needed Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites CCTV / Networking Expectations (Important) For CCTV work, this is not just a cable + camera role . We don't expect you to be a lead tech on day one, but you should have a foundational comfort level with technology as we train you to: Assign IP addresses to devices Configure NVRs and remote viewing Work with PoE switches Basic router configuration (port forwarding, connectivity troubleshooting) What We're Looking For 1 - 2 years of low-voltage or relevant field experience Ability to work independently on small to mid-sized jobs Experience with at least two of the following : CCTV systemsCommercial audio / AVStructured cabling Bonus (not required): Drive-thru system experience (headsets, base stations, etc.) Compensation & Benefits $20/hour+ , based on experience and capability Company vehicle Gas card Tools provided Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company contribution Consistent, year-round work Why This Role is Different You won't be micromanaged — but you will be expected to deliver You'll work across multiple systems (not stuck doing one thing) You'll be trusted to run jobs and solve problems You'll be part of a team that values execution over talk
