Job Summary Performs a variety of tasks in assisting Martin Professional Development staff ensure smooth operations of events, meetings, and professional development. What you will do Support coordination of daily operations and office functions at the Martin Professional Development Center, helping maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. Assist with daily facility readiness, including opening procedures and preparing meeting spaces for use, including arranging furniture, room layouts and resetting spaces between sessions Provide front-facing support by greeting visitors, answering phones, and offering directions and assistance to staff, presenters, and guests. Provide basic technology support for meetings and professional learning sessions, including setup and light troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment. Help manage incoming deliveries and mail by receiving, sorting, and distributing materials, and communicating with appropriate staff as needed. Support event needs such as food setup, monitoring, and cleanup, helping maintain clean and organized spaces throughout events. Assist with the use and basic troubleshooting of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and shared technology. Additional Requirements Ability to follow oral and written directions and work collaboratively. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions appropriate to the areas of responsibility. Ability to establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationship with others. Ability to perform clerical work. Knowledge of modern office procedures and standard office machines. Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required Experience Qualifications 1-3 years Work experience and prior experience in office environmentRequired Equivalency Starting At:
$22.43 Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline. .
