Warehouse Coordinator Job Summary:

Pearson Technology is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Dallas Warehouse. Responsibilities and Duties Organizing/cleaning the warehouse Pulling gear for jobs/loading trucks Unloading trucks/Putting away gear from jobs Q/Cing gear Writing quotes Maintaining the warehouse software (Current RMS) - Updating quotes/adjusting job status/archiving jobs Assisting in the sourcing of sub-rentals Coordinate transportation (rental trucks/vans)

Qualifications and Skills:

Independent Worker 1-2 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: A/V, Lighting, Rigging, Audio, Warehouse Warehouse experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Availability to work overtime during peak seasons Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. Physical activities include frequent use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching regularly Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts and other such equipment. Certifications are a plus. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive up to a 16ft box truck
