About the

Role:

Audio Visual Operations Manager oversees the full cycle of AV projects from sales through engineering and installation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide overall direction to AV team regarding sales, engineering and project install Set goals and objectives for AV team Support sales team with subject matter expertise to drive successful client engagements and increase revenue. Collaborate with internal network engineers and IT systems architects to deploy AV-over-IP solutions in compliance with enterprise security requirements, ensuring seamless integration. Spearheaded development of AV managed service offerings. Direct Project Managers, Field PM and Field Team members to work with Estimating, Design and Purchasing to properly staff projects with labor and materials. Work with leadership to establish best practices and SOPs to develop best in class AV offerings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree 10 plus years' in AV progressive roles CTS certification required, CTS -D preferred Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Proven success managing multimillion-dollar budget Financial forecasting Able to manage people and processes Manufacturer's Certifications Able tomaintainprofitability and overbilled status for the team The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions while working or reviewing customer work locations.
