Job Description

Household Administrative Assistant (Private Household - Part‑Time) A busy professional is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Household Administrative Assistant to manage day‑to‑day personal and household operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and proactive problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities Household Administration:
Maintain filing systems, organize documents, manage renewals (car insurance, vehicle tags, warranties, memberships), track important deadlines, and assist with coordinating personal appointments.
Financial & Expense Support:
Run and maintain household expense reports, track budgets, and support light bookkeeping tasks.
Personal Errands & Shopping:
Purchase gifts, manage returns, coordinate online orders, and maintain inventory of household supplies.
Home & Vendor Coordination:
Schedule and oversee home repairs, maintenance visits, and service providers; obtain quotes; ensure timely completion of tasks.
Event & Hosting Support:
Assist with planning small gatherings or parties, including vendor coordination, RSVPs, and logistics.
Vehicle & Property Oversight:
Ensure vehicles are up‑to‑date on inspections, insurance, tags, and maintenance.
General Support:
Anticipate needs, create systems, and streamline household operations. Ideal Candidate Exceptionally detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Comfortable managing multiple priorities Tech‑savvy and able to create simple reports or tracking systems Professional, discreet, and trustworthy Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual is preferred Experience in personal assisting, administrative support, or household management preferred Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position Monday-Friday, half‑day schedule (morning or afternoon), with occasional weekend needs Must have reliable transportation Clean background check required If you are a proactive, detail‑driven professional who enjoys creating order, supporting a busy household, and managing a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and care, we would love to hear from you.
