Event Audio Visual Technician

Experienced Audio Visual Technicians - Special Events Join the team behind some of the most exciting private and corporate events in San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas! We're a leading entertainment company seeking Audio Visual Technicians to support warehouse operations and execute dynamic setups at events including weddings, corporate parties, school dances, and more. We're hiring Lead Technicians and Assistants who are dependable, hardworking, and thrive behind the scenes. This is not a film or photography editing position —we need hands-on techs who can lift, build, and deliver results in fast-paced event environments.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Assist with warehouse organization and equipment management Load and unload entertainment equipment Support DJ setups and breakdowns (learn the trade!) Assist with lighting system setup and management Setup and breakdown of photo booths On-site event support with audio, lighting, and AV needs Drive company vehicles to events and lead setup crews when assigned Set up video walls, trussing, and stages

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

Must be at least 17 years old Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record Available to work nights, weekends , and occasionally weekdays Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs Strong communication and team-oriented attitude Basic computer and mechanical skills a plus "Show Must Go On" mentality - we work until it's done right Comfortable working long hours in high-energy, hands-on environments Must be drama-free, dependable, and professional Willing to travel across the San Antonio & Austin metro areas Must submit a resume to be considered

Compensation:

Schedule:
