Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Multimedia Technician for a leading utility organization in the San Antonio area. This individual will provide hands-on support for audio/visual technologies, conferencing systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices across a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting board meetings, corporate events, customer outreach initiatives, and daily end-user technology needs. This role offers a blend of AV support, technical troubleshooting, event technology management, and end-user support while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
