No Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Position role is to support the technology of the institution at the Wise County campus with the installation and maintenance ofputers, installation and maintenance of AV systems, and user support Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience Basic knowledge ofputer operating systems. Customer service support. Preferred Education Preferred Experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and deployputers/AV classroom systems. Assist users in resolvingputer and AV related problems by providing tier 1 support.
