Primary Responsibilities:

Day-to-day on-site AV & Video conferencing production & operations AV/Technical knowledge of current video teleconferencing and event systems technology (Crestron, Digital Signal Processors, QSYS, Shure, etc.) Preventative maintenance room sweeps/checks each day when not supporting end users. Troubleshoot systems before escalating to Engineering support Manage Zoom and Teams meetings upon request. Maintain content servers for video walls and digital signage. Maintain operational knowledge of all audio/visual building systems Understand the signal flow of the video system Capable of providing Level 3 troubleshooting of AV infrastructure, including hands-on diagnostics using software tools such as Q-SYS Designer, Shure Designer, and Crestron Toolbox Ability to interpret detailed technical write-ups and service request documentation to quickly understand prior troubleshooting steps and system context Responsible for end-user audio and video production requests for sharing content and video. Review schedules for video production requests to ensure equipment is operational. Ensure all equipment is shut down and, in cases where portables are involved, secured for the next business day. Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensures equipment is set to factory specifications to obtain optimum performance report system problems immediately, including solutions and/or recommendations. Review schedules for next-day requests to ensure equipment is operational. Connect video conference calls as needed. Ensure video or PC is properly displayed. Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturers' recommendations. White glove end-user support You will need to be able to pass the process to obtain a top secret clearance.
