Job Description

CCI Solutions has a strong foundation and focus, with 50 years of experience in serving the House of Worship market. Our specialization in professional audio, video, lighting, acoustics, recording, and media products reflects a dedication to high-quality installations tailored to unique spaces and needs. As a family-oriented and customer-focused business, we emphasize service, reliability, and a collaborative team culture, which is essential in projects where tailored support and attention to detail are key. As a Senior Site Lead at CCI Solutions, your primary responsibility would be to lead a team of installation technicians, work alongside the crew, overseeing the setup and maintenance of advanced audio, video, and lighting systems. Your leadership would be essential in guiding technicians through complex installations, adapting to on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with both the team and the client. Since these installations serve Houses of Worship, an understanding of the unique requirements of these spaces would be valuable, as would strong organizational and technical skills to ensure smooth operations. This level of travel indicates a dynamic work environment, with opportunities to engage in various projects nationwide.
