Duties:
- Install and configure audio, video and control systems hardware and software systems
- Assemble and build mechanical components according to specifications
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines for electrical installations
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure proper functionality
- Provide training to clients on the use of installed systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AV hardware and software systems
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to assemble components
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Relevant certification or degree in electrical or related field preferred
- Experience in installing low voltage systems is a plus
