Audio / Visual Technician

TEKsystems is partnering with a rapidly growing local client to identify an experienced AV Technician who is passionate about creating seamless, modern workplace technology experiences. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of collaboration across a dynamic, multi-site environment. In this position, you'll act as a subject matter expert for audiovisual and collaboration technologies—owning the full lifecycle of conference room solutions, from design and deployment to support and standardization. You'll play a key role in enhancing how teams connect, communicate, and collaborate in both in-person and hybrid settings.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the design, deployment, and support of conference room AV systems across multiple locations Drive consistency and standardization of collaboration technologies in a growing environment Troubleshoot end-to-end AV and conferencing issues to ensure a seamless user experience Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workplace technology and meeting effectiveness

What You Bring:

3-7+ years of experience in AV, audiovisual, or collaboration technologies Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and workplace tech deployments Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Poly (Polycom) solutions Experience supporting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet Solid understanding of AV hardware, integrations, and room configurations Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments Familiarity with AV lifecycle management and standardization efforts Basic networking knowledge related to AV systems

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
