  • Understanding the use of different fluids, how to troubleshoot systems, and how to determine whether the correct fluid has been installed.
  • Understanding the difference between the functions of motors and pumps, and why the system requires both.
  • Ability to maintain proper fluid temperature for optimal system performance and identify fluid contamination.
  • Ability to perform visual inspections of hoses to prevent cracks, leaks, and kinks.
  • Ability to identify the causes of unusual system noises and determine appropriate repairs.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma required, two-year (Associate) or four-year (Bachelor) college degree with technical, sales and/or business management concentration and 2 years related experience, or at least 5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
